Can I cancel my booking after I’ve made a payment?

Although we understand plans can change, payments are Non-Refundable. If you would like to postpone your event, retainers can be transferred to a new date and time (if available).

How much does your balloon services cost?

Every client is different and our quotes are client specific.

Please note, quotes are subject to change unless you pay the deposit to lock in the price.

Can I keep the balloons after my event is finished?

Absolutely! The only things you can’t keep are our rentals :)

Is teardown included in my booking?

Our quotes do not include teardown unless requested by our client.

Is Rin Dear environmentally conscious?

Absolutely! We use the highest quality of latex balloons, which are 100% biodegradable.

We also do NOT support releasing helium balloons into the air, due to their potentially harmful impact on our world.

Why does custom balloon colors cost more?

Custom balloon colors such as pastels require a double-stuffing method. Double-stuffed means we take one ballon and stuff it in to another- making custom colors. This method requires more time and more balloons, hence the additional cost.
